DESCRIPTION:Join us for “Rest as Resistance\,” an online Black affinity space for intentional rest\, as we celebrate Black History Month in preparation for our Black future. The event will feature a conversation facilitated by healer and educator Brittany H. Brady and will culminate with a meditation to center rest as a people.  We welcome anyone who identifies as and experiences life as a Black person to join in this space.
